College is an exciting time! There are new opportunities, new people and for many of you, a new town. It is important during this time to find a place to belong. Many OU students have sought a place to belong, and found The Wesley at OU. At the Wesley, we strive to be an accepting group that is supportive and also encourages you to grow in your faith.
Time & Location
Our regular Tuesday night dinners (7:00) and worship (7:30) take place each week during the school year. The Wesley is located on the corner of Lindsey and Elm just south of Dale Hall Tower.
Frequently Asked Questions
1. Do I have to be a Methodist to join?
No. The Wesley at OU is affiliated with The United Methodist Church, but many of our students were raised in another denomination or are new to church altogether. We welcome anyone regardless of where they are in their relationship with God.
2. I'm interested in the Wesley, but I have class on Tuesday nights. Can I still be involved?
Wesley Worship is the most common entry point to connect with The Wesley. However, there are ministry opportunities available most weekdays. Fill out the form to the right to get more information about how to get involved.
